"Realm Object %,<Name>% Already Defined in Realm" Errors During The Database Vault Realm Configuration (Doc ID 1123623.1)

Oracle Database Vault - Version 10.2.0.3 and later

Symptoms

While defining a realm in DVA, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
A Error has occured saving the configuration information.
Realm Object %,OE.% already defined in Realm OE



The issue can be reproduced as follows:

1. Create a Database Vault realm .
2. Select the newly created realm and click on Edit.
3. Click on Create  Realm Secured Objects.
4. Select and username from the list.
5. The error will be seen.


This problem can be reproduced only with Internet Explorer (6 & 7). 

The problem has also been seen to reproduce on Internet Explorer 11.

Other browsers are working without any issues.
