Errors DRG-11207, DRG-11222 when Create a Text Index with AUTO_FILTER (Doc ID 1123715.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to index a RTF file stored in CLOB column fails with errors DRG-11207, DRG-11222, when using AUTO_FILTER.

SQL> connect text/text@my_db

SQL> CREATE TABLE t

CONSTRAINT t_pk PRIMARY KEY (ID) ENABLE
);

SQL> INSERT INTO t
