EQ_TEST USER Authentication fails or How can I change EQ_TEST users Password in SES 11g (Doc ID 1124124.1)

From Search page I got ORA-28001: the password has expired for EQ_TEST user, then I changed the password to some other from SQL*Plus. After that crawling does not work and failed with following errors:

EQG-30046: Invalid user name or password for user EQ_TEST
EQG-30249: Crawler process aborted

For index optimization case, it doesn't raise an explicit error but optimization status changes to "disabled".
