EQP-80305 :No trusted certificate found when crawling SSL protected Web Sites (Doc ID 1128283.1)

Symptoms

When trying to crawl any SSL protected source ,the crawler is failing with this error

The same problem could happen when trying  to activate ID plug-in that configured with SSL , so the same solution below is still valid
