Goal

With a recently installed Oracle Database Gateway for  ODBC (DG4ODBC) to access a SQL Server database, connections to the remote database are successful and queries are returned from tables.
However, one table has 2 XML columns and cannot be selected in any query.
The XML columns do not appear when describing the table.
Is this expected behaviour?
Would the same problem exist using the SQL Server Gateway?
