Symptoms

=== Issue Clarification ===
On HP-UX Itanium RAC running 10.2.0.4 in Production

A report (developed externely using Cristal Reports) returns no data with certain options.
I retrieved the query being executed, to make tests, and detected 3 different behaviors depending on a value used in "where" clause:
* it generates an ORA-12801 plus ORA-00600...[qesblget]
* it returns no data
* it works normally

This error was only detected after migrating the application to this platform and version.
Before it was working fine on an single instance RDBMS 10.2.0.2 over Tru64 Unix.

It can be reproduced with distinct behaviours just by changing the 1st "where" condition:
-removing the condition, all data is retrieved
-- "TEST1"."EMPRESA"='CVI' should return  rows but no rows returned

- Disabling parallelism return correct results
