Symptoms

The following messages started to appear in the alert log during materialized view refresh:


QKSRC: ViewText[ecode=1031] = <select statement>

The refresh completes successfully: no error reported in the front end, and materialized view is fresh after refresh, and the materialized view log is emptied.
