Symptoms
An Oracle 11.1 DG4Sybase runs normally but then these messages appear in the alert log -
Errors in file /opt/oracle/admin/ORCL/bdump/orcl2_reco_8549.trc:
ORA-28500: connection from ORACLE to a non-Oracle system returned this message:
[Oracle][ODBC Sybase Wire Protocol driver][SQL Server]gateway."HS_TRANSACTION_LOG" not found. Specify owner.objectname or use sp_help to check whether the object exists (sp_help may produce lots of output).
ORA-02063: preceding 2 lines from DBLINK
