Unable to Index Any Documents on Linux x86 since Upgrade to 10.2.0.5 due to Error "DRG-11207: user filter command exited with status 1" (Doc ID 1140773.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Text fails to index any documents since we upgraded to 10.2.0.5 on Linux x86 platform, we see following error in ctx_user_index_errors for every document:

SQL> select * from ctx_user_index_errors;

ERR_INDEX_NAME ERR_TIMES ERR_TEXTKEY        ERR_TEXT
-------------- --------- ------------------ ---------------------------------------------------------------
TESTIDX        28-JUN-10 AAAM2CAAEAAAAA+AAA DRG-11207: user filter command exited with status 1


We have tried to run "ctxhx" directly on these files but it produces zero byte output without any errors.

Changes

Downloaded and installed the 10.2.0.5 Patch Set between 30-APR-2010 and 13-JUL-2010 on Linux x86.
