Processes error with ORA-7445 [__intel_new_memcpy()] errors on INSERT/UPDATE statements which use PL/SQL code that uses the RESULT_CACHE RELIES_ON clause.  The call stack will resemble the following:

__intel_new_memcpy _intel_fast_memcpy.J kggmd5Update qesrcKey_Hash qesrcCacMgr_Acquire psdfrcLookup
pevm_ENTERX pfrinstr_ENTERX pfrrun_no_tool pfrrun plsql_run peicnt peiet_execute_trigger kkxtexe
kxtExecuteTriggerRecursive rpiswu2 kxtExecuteTriggerReal kxtexe qesltcExecuteBeforeRowTriggers
qesltcBeforeRowProcessing qerltcNoKdtBufferedInsRowCBK qerltcSingleRowLoad qerltcFetch insexe ...

Typically the PL/SQL call stack will show the top most function being one which uses the RESULT_CACHE RELIES_ON clause.

Use of the RELIES_ON clause in the PL/SQL result cache has been added, or the database upgraded to 11.2.
