Symptoms
There are high waits on 'cursor: pin S wait on X' or 'library cache lock' when remote functions are called. There is no apparent blocker from the systemstate.
The following message appears in 10046 trace.
Here, "<OWNER>"."<OBJECT>" is actually not a table. This issue is related to wrong name resolution.
