Symptoms

SQL/Services monitor aborts with

*** INSUFFICIENT SHARED MEMORY ***

The SQL/Services monitor logfile ends with:

*** INSUFFICIENT SHARED MEMORY ***
%DBS-F-BUGCHECK: bugcheck dump will be written to
                          SYS$SYSROOT:[SYSMGR]SQS_TSIC06_SQLSRV_71.DMP;2
%NONAME-F-NOMSG, Message number 0731C26C


and the bugcheck dump file shows:

%DBS-F-BUGCHECK: in SQS$SRC_73:[DBS]EXEC_SI.C;1 at line 1346
dbs_exec_bind_executor: Unexpected Exception 'utl_e_insufficient_memory' raised
