Oracle Objects For OLE Gives Different Results On Equal Systems

A Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that queries data from the same Oracle database from two different machines returns different results on each machine.  Numbers which appear correctly on one are multiplied by 100 on the other.

Machine #1 was using the NLS_LANG setting of AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8MSWIN1252.  Machine #2 was using the NLS_LANG setting of PORTUGUESE_PORTUGAL.WE8MSWIN1252.
