ORA-600 [16608] While Querying A Table Protected By A VPD Policy (Doc ID 1150154.1)

Symptoms

While running a complex query on tables protected by VPD policies the following error occurs:


ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [16608], [4], [2], [0x700000031E49570], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []



The error does not occur if the VPD policies are removed or if the query is executed by an user being granted the exempt access policy privilege.
