You have a slow performance or hanging issue when running traditional export (exp) or import (imp) on a Windows platform. You need to open a Service Request (SR) with Oracle support and you want to provide diagnostics information to expedite the resolution of the SR.
You have been asked by Oracle Support to gather sql_trace or 10046 event trace for the export/import process and to run the TKPROF output utility on the generated trace file so that you can provide the files to Oracle Support.
