CRS Does Not Start When The User Has Same Privilege (uid=0) As Root But A Different User Name (Doc ID 1154703.1)

Symptoms

During uprgade from 10.2 CRS to Grid Infrastructure 11.2, CRS will not start after running rootupgrade.sh. Issuing "crsctl start crs" will also fail to start CRS. This is specific to AIX.
