Symptoms
Oracle Internet Directory (OID) is used as a centralized TNS LDAP names store.

Error Retrieving DBService: [SERVICE_NAME]
For example:
Error Retrieving DBService: ORCL
Other TNS entries can be selected, modified and deleted successfully.
Steps to reproduce
1. Start Oracle Net Manager UI (netmgr) and connect to OID.
2. Select one of the problem TNS entries in the navigator frame: popup error 'Error Retrieving DBService: [SERVICE_NAME]' is displayed.
Goal
To delete the problem TNS entries from the netmgr listing.
Changes
Incomplete LDAP naming entries may have been imported into OID from another environment.
