Symptoms

A PL/SQL package calling an external procedure (EXTPROC) which is a Pro*C library fails
with the error

ORA-22303 TYPE NOT FOUND

If running the application using a single schema then the problem does not occur.

Changes

Upgraded from 9.2 where the problem did not occur
