Symptoms

After a JDBC Thin Client program had their SQL*Net connection terminated, the following error occurred:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kglGetSessionUOL], [7], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-03135: connection lost contact

Subsequently, PMON attempted to clean-up the resulting detached process, and the following error occurred:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kglobf0-bad-cdp], [0xC00000020623FEA8], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

where the instance was subsequently terminated by PMON.
