On production database 10.2.0.4 version, it was detected that object SYS.SUMDELTA$ keeps growing and fills up the system tablespace.

Index: I_SUMDELTA$ 672 MB

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect these not to have such a big size for these sys objects.
