ORA-7445 [ksxpcnhent()] Error With Shared Servers or Connection Pooling (Doc ID 1166693.1)

Symptoms

When either Shared Servers or Connection Pooling is enabled, the following error occurs:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ksxpcnhent()+155] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x409722A68C] [] []


The call stack will resemble the following:

It is possible to see other errors to due to this memory corruption, most likely dumps in kghalf() or kghprmalo().
