OCM Health Check Alert: The status of a mounted ASM diskgroup is incorrect (Doc ID 1170283.1)

OCM shows Health Check Alert for ASM diskgroups. 

The status of a mounted ASM diskgroup is incorrect.

Risk: When a diskgroup is mounted, the header_status in the v$asm_disk table should be MEMBER. If the header status is not "MEMBER" and the diskgroup is SUSEQUENTLY dismounted, the next attempt to remount the diskgroup will report an error. In addition, databases stored on this diskgroup will not open.

Recommendation:Because of the complexity of correcting the header status, we recommend that you contact Oracle Support. Prior to contacting support, please gather the information requested in Note - 870334.1.
