=== ODM Issue Clarification ===
The write performance to a compressed lob degrades as the size of the lob data
being inserted increases.
This is only observed when using an XA connection.
When a non XA connection is used there is no write performance degradation observed.
XA connection used with lob stored using storage option : SECUREFILE and COMPRESS.
