The following errors are reported in the alert log file, eventually causing the database crash:
Coredump at PSP process:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [DBGR_GET_ADRHOME()] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0xFFFFFFFF7FFF4F30] [PC:0x10681E340] [Address not mapped to object]
Coredump at DIAG process:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [sdbgrfcvp_convert_pathinfo()+492] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0xFFFFFFFF7FFF5C70] [PC:0x10690106C] [Address not mapped to object]
In the Operating System log file (messages file), we can see the following warning:
WARNING: Sorry, no swap space to grow stack for pid 8476 (oracle)
