ORACLE database 11.1.0.7 installed on HP-UX 11.31.
Symptoms
DBCA calls KMTUNE when it should use the newer version KCTUNE. A truss will show dbca using kmtune instead of kctune.
Changes
OS was upgraded from 11.23 to 11.31 on HP-UX Itanium.
