Purpose
The purpose of this document is to demonstrate how to load data in a table, that has the same fields as the original table and contains 1 or more varchar fields, using the output of logminer. It can also be used as a supplement to the Rdb 7.0.6. Release Notes chapter 7.8.3 Using LogMiner for Rdb and the RMU Load Command to Replicate Table Data as far as varchar fields are used.
Scope
The contents of this article are only valid for Rdb 7.0.6.4 or higher on VAX/Alpha and for Rdb 7.1.0.3 or higher on Alpha/Itanium.
