Installed 64-Bit Oracle Client But Only See 32-bit ODBC Installed on 64-bit Windows (Doc ID 1188074.1)

Goal

I installed the 64-bit Oracle client  on Windows 64-bit machine only to find that it has only a 32-bit Oracle ODBC driver. i.e The name of the ODBC driver DLL installed is sqora32.dll in the 64-bit Oracle home.
