ORA-7445 [pcioapr_pick_routing(+856)] is signalled when running different SQL statements with similar structure in an application.
The application is a multi-threaded bespoke OCCI-based application and the error occurs in several threads, returning the error to the client of that thread. This leads to intermittent failure of the client. The error is not reproducible and the same SQL will run without problems if resubmitted.
The SQLs call various types subclassed (either directly or indirectly) from a user defined SQL type.
