Symptoms
Unscheduling an Advanced Queueing propagation schedule via
exec dbms_aqadm.unschedule_propagation
fails to complete.
An ORA-24080 is reported when attempting the unschedule again. Selecting from dba_queue_schedules the schedule_disabled column has a value of P for this schedule.
