Information in this document applies to any platform.
The Database Vault URL is not working after upgrading the database. The problem can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a 10.2.0.4 database .
2. Enable Database Vault 10.2.0.4 on the database
3. Upgrade the Database to 184.108.40.206
4. Check whether DVA works
