Symptoms

In a Unicode database, an UpdateXML in a loop displaces a character in a CDATA section after around 120 iterations. For example, a

REGEXP_LIKE(SERVER,'^[A-Z|[:digit:]|_]+$')

becomes

REGEXP_LIKE(SERVER,'^[A-Z|[:digit:]|_]+$'
