Symptoms

Multiple miscellaneous errors like the following may be seen in the alert log:
     ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kghssgr2]
     ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kgscGetCursor]
     ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kkogbro]
     ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kkosbn]
     ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ kkofkrMarkK]
     ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [15568]
     ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [osnsgl]
     ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [15700]


Miscellaneous packet and I/O errors may also be recorded in the system error log similar to the following:
