Symptoms
Could be one of the following:
1) ADRCI - no ADR base is set
2) ADRCI 'show home' does not list the ADR home.
3) ADRCI - DIA-48447: The input path [path] does not contain any ADR homes
4) ADRCI 'show tracefile' doesn't find the files
