Before adding new node, 'cluvfy stage -pre nodeadd -n ' failed with 'PRKC-1094 and PRVF-5300' (Doc ID 1202234.1)

CRS was installed. The clusterware is up and running, and everything is functional. When try to add new node via command 'cluvfy stage -pre nodeadd -n <NEW_NODE_NAME>', the error messages reported "PRKC-1094 and PRVF-5300".

$ ./cluvfy stage -pre nodeadd -n <NEW_NODE_NAME> -or

Create link under oracle user's $ORACLE_HOME/bin to link olsnodes under grid user $ORACLE_HOME/bin

# ls -l /oracle/<DB_NAME>/db/bin/olsnodes
lrwxrwxrwx 1 oracle oinstall 29 Sep 1 13:50 /oracle/<DB_NAME>/db/bin/olsnodes -> /oracle/grid/crs/bin/olsnodes

Changed ../oraInventory/ContentsXML/inventory.xml file with two CRS HOME path in inventory.xml.
