How to know if /3GB has been implemented in the boot.ini file? (Doc ID 1203083.1)

Goal

Usually in Windows 32-bit environment we suggest implementing the /3GB switch in the boot.ini file to increase the process memory addressed in order to help avoid ORA-04030 error scenarios.

But in a situation when we have only the trace file from the ORA-04030 error, how do we know if the /3GB switch has or has not been implemented?
