Symptoms
On : 10.3.0.3.0 version, Generic Oracle Lite
When attempting to Synchronize Oracle Lite mobile client installed on PPC60 ARMV4I;US with the <Patch: 9826651>
the following error occurs.

dmHttpRead err=10054 WINCE: 10054
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Oracle Lite
2. run a Synchronization which will take up more than 3 mins
3. It should fail with:
AddLog(0 "ERROR",0,"09/01/2010 12:25:09",":10054 ","MyLASTNAME_MyNAME" )
pCCC->receive()=-9024
4. Next Sync should fails with POL-3264,"Timeout when waiting for a lock:C$INFO"
