WNA is not working in SES 11g

When trying to configure WNA as per the instruction on the SES11g Admin guide
(http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E14507_01/admin.1112/e14130/oessecurity.htm#BGBHEIGA) , and after following all the steps on the Active Directory side, SES side and client side, WNA is not working and when users try to browser to SES search page (from IE and Firefox),users have to enter the username/password again as the automatic login is not working.
