Unable To Import The SSL Certificate Or Getting PKI-02022 After Importing It

Information in this document applies to any platform.
While importing a certificate through the Oracle Wallet Manager(OWM) the following error occurs in 22.214.171.124:
User certificate installation failed
-- Input was not a valid certificate.
-- No matching certificate was found
-- CA certificate is needed for certificate chain not found please install it first.
The certificate can be imported with the Wallet Manager from a 126.96.36.199 Oracle Home(sometimes it is possible to import it with OWM tools from older Oracle Homes) but it will be impossible to open the wallet afterwards. Both OWM and orapki will complain about the wrong password:
