Document support for the new Indian Rupee symbol in Oracle RDBMS.
"The Indian rupee sign is the currency sign used for the Indian rupee, the official currency of India. The design was presented to the public by the government of India on 15 July 2010.
The international three-letter code (according to ISO 4217) for the Indian rupee is INR.
On 10 August 2010 the Unicode Consortium UTC accepted the proposed code position U+20B9 indian rupee sign .
The character is to be encoded and named distinctly from the existing character U+20A8 ₨ rupee sign , that will continue to be available as the generic rupee sign."
