In release 7.2.3.2 of Oracle Rdb, new functions were added to the SYS$LIBRARY:SQL_FUNCTIONS72.SQL script.

To replace the existing library of functions, first use the SQL_FUNCTIONS_DROP72.SQL script and then reapply using SQL_FUNCTIONS72.SQL.

This is intended for anyone programming with or managing an Oracle Rdb database.
