When Using Xdb Webservices Column Program In V$Session Is Not Populated (Doc ID 1231155.1)

Symptoms


There is a session in the database which comes from an XDB Web service connection and querying view V$SESSION expecting to see something in the column PROGRAM in view V$SESSION for such connection but there is no value. It is NULL for the column PROGRAM in V$SESSION.

Sessions are identified in V$SESSION with PROGRAM column



In the case of the connections made from XDB web services the PROGRAM column is empty. (not shown)
