Errors ORA-07445 [kluullcb] ORA-19502 ORA-27063 During DataPump Export (EXPDP) (Doc ID 1232544.1)

Symptoms

During DataPump export (expdp), the alert log shows the errors:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kluullcb()+40] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x000000040] [] []
ORA-19502: write error on file "/<DIR>/<FILE_NAME>.dmp", blockno 1893122 (blocksize=4096)
ORA-27063: number of bytes read/written is incorrect
SVR4 Error: 145: Connection timed out

Also errors like the following might be seen:

ORA-19504: failed to create file "/<DIR>/<FILE_NAME>.arc"
ORA-27040: file create error, unable to create file
SVR4 Error: 30: Read-only file system
