Symptoms

The result from the Geocoding functions eliminates leading zeroes

Example:

select sdo_gcdr.geocode_addr('ODF_NA_Q110',SDO_GEO_ADDR('US','DEFAULT',
'0N950 Probst Ct', 'Maple Park', null, 'IL', '60151'))
from dual;

SDO_GCDR.GEOCODE_ADDR('ODF_NA_Q110',SDO_GEO_ADDR('US','DEFAULT','0N950PROBSTCT',
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
SDO_GEO_ADDR(0, SDO_KEYWORDARRAY(), NULL, 'PROBST CT', NULL, NULL, 'MAPLE PARK',
NULL, 'IL', 'US', '60151', NULL, '60151', NULL, 'N950', 'PROBST', 'CT', 'F', 'F', NULL, NULL, 'L', .510204082, 427804653, '????#ENUT?B281CP?', 1, 'DEFAULT',
-8 8.553516, 41.8786581, '???10101014??000?')
