Searches Based on Filetype "postscript" do not Show On Result Set (Doc ID 1249094.1)

Symptoms

For the indexed postscript files of type "ps" search is not working 

For example :
When using [<keyword> filetype:ps] in the search, no result is returned, but when searching with the file name or any keyword inside the .ps file , the results are returned successfully.


The problem happens only when using [filetype:ps] after the search term to limit results to that particular file type
