How to Remove Workload Repository Information Related to an old DBID From the Automatic Workload Repository

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After changing database DBID (for example by cloning a database) the historical workload information related to the old DBID is still available in the workload repository and is reported each time AWR, ADDM Is generated. The is due to <bug 8919225> rows in wrm$_database_instance are not deleted, which is fixed in 22.214.171.124.0.
