How to Remove Workload Repository Information Related to an old DBID From the Automatic Workload Repository

Goal
After changing database DBID (for example by cloning a database) the historical workload information related to the old DBID is still available in the workload repository and is reported each time AWR, ADDM Is generated. The is due to <bug 8919225> rows in wrm$_database_instance are not deleted, which is fixed in 11.2.0.2.0.
