ORA-07445: EXCEPTION ENCOUNTERED: CORE DUMP       With No Argument List

Following error would occur when a SQL is executed having partitioned table involved using multi column INLIST or OR operators.
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump      
The error would not have the argument list.
Only the associated trace file would have the function call stack.

Stack shows partitioning / dump in kkpapItGetAll().
Failing query has multi column inlist using literal replaced binds.
A dump can occur (in kkpapItgetAll) accessing a partitioned table using multi column INLIST.
