Running Oracle 9iR2 release on OpenVMS

Executing DBCA results in errors similar to the following being reported:

SIGBUS 10* bus error

%SYSTEM-F-OPCCUS, opcode reserved to customer fault at PC=FFFFFFFF80A5ED24,
%TRACE-F-TRACEBACK, symbolic stack dump follows

%SYSTEM-F-ACCVIO, access violation,

Since the last time DBCA was successfully used, one or both of the following two changes have been made.

One: The Oracle Patchset has been applied.

Two: The LISTENER.ORA has been modified.
