Symptoms

Within PL/SQL, when using function SYS_CONTEXT with the optional 3rd parameter, eg.

user_name := SYS_CONTEXT('USERENV','OS_USER', 14)


the following error occurs:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [17114], [0x022335564], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []


and the call stack is similar to:

... kgherror kghrcdepth kghrcappl kghfrempty_ex qesmmIPgaFreeCb ksudlc kssdel ksupop opiodr ...
