Symptoms
Automatic Oracle restart on Windows is failing on server reboot.
In ORADIM.LOG we can see the reason as:
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
On manual restart of the service the Oracle instance is starting successfully, it is only failing on machine/workstation reboot.
