Symptoms

Due to an error during Oracle Advanced Queuing callback procedure execution when asynchronous notification is in use, the callback procedure does not execute successfully.  The messages the callback procedure was intended to dequeue remain in the advanced queue with a status of READY.  They can be dequeued manually, but this will not trigger the callback procedure.
